The Institute is a research team with the advantage of multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary integration. The research is mainly engaged in multi-component drug design and identification of active compounds from TCM, network pharmacology and system toxicology, drug pharmaceutics. The institute currently owns 15 faculty members including 4 professors, 5 associate professors, 1 deputy chief pharmacist, and 3 lecturers. It has been rewarded by three National Science and Technology Progress Awards (two pieces of first-prize and one second-prize).
