  • Molecular Cancer Pharmacology: new drugs development based on cancer stem cells and molecular targets;
  • Regulation of Cancer Cell Differentiation: post-translational modification of proteins involved in differentiation of leukemia cells;
  • Drug Toxicology: new drugspreclinical evaluation, new methods and animal models for Drug toxicologyevaluation, etc.

 

C.MAIN RESEACH ACHIEVEMENTS

Publishing more than 110 academic articles, including 90 articles in SCI journals. Most of the research articles are published in a number of prestigious and international journals including Molecular Cancer Therapeutics, Cancer Research, FASEB Journal, Stem Cell, PLoS One, Oncogene. Obtaining more than 30 issued patents which are new drug related. Obtaining seven projects of National Natural Science Foundation, 3 items of second prize of “Science and Technology Progress Award of Zhejiang Province”. Accomplishing more than 50 new drug evaluation and development projects for industry companies.
