9AM, June 10, 2011, the College of Pharmaceutical Sciences Building, 3rd Floor, fire drill began with alarm sound.

As soon as heard the alarm sound, the guiding teachers headed to the responsible area for evacuation, and reminded others immediately. They rushed to the nearest safe exit and ordered evacuation. Teachers and students stopped the ongoing experiments in the laboratory quickly, cut off the power, cover their mouths and noses with a wet towel, leave the room, close the door, and ran to the nearest safe exit. They ran down along the right side of the stairs, and assemble in the outside of college building. The evacuation guide group teacher and laboratory director finally check laboratory personnel evacuation situation. Security crew reached outside the building, organized staff to line up and count the number. A total of more than 40 of students and teachers to participate in the fire drill .

Yu Yongping and Liu Wei reviewed the fire drill. Subsequently the use of extinguisher was introduced by Su Zhuren. Safety problems those are easy to overlook were also introduced.

Finally, Liu Wei announced that the exercise ended. Everybody returned to their work.

Through this exercise, the capabilities of fire fighting and evacuation were improved.
