On May. 17, 2010, Dr. Joseph R. Haywood, professor and director of the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at Michigan State University (MSU), visited our college, and had a meeting with leaders of the college, some members of the faculty, as well as students.

Both sides briefed on each other on the international cooperation and future plans for development, Prof. Haywood introduced the Department of Pharmacology and Toxicology at MSU, including undergraduate courses and online Master courses programs. He also expressed hope for cooperation between the two institutions.

During the meeting, both sides explored the possibilities of joint programs, for example, short-term summer research training program, joint training and establishing 3+1+X program and various agreements on cooperation. After the meeting, Dr. Joseph R. Haywood visited several institutions in our college.
