On June 28, Delegation from Institute of Medical Science University of Toronto (IMS-UoT) including Dr. LIU Mingyao, Director of IMS-UoT, Dr. FENG Zhongping and Dr. SUN Hongshuo visited CPS-ZJU. Dr. CHEN Zhong, deputy director of Department of Medicine and Pharmacy ZJU,  Dr. YANG  Bo, dean of CPS-ZJU, Dr. FAN Xiaohui, vice dean of CPS-ZJU, Dr. DING Ling, Dr. HU Weiwei and Dr. XU Chengfu attended the meeting of exchange.

First, Dr. YANG Bo warmly welcomed the delegation. Then, Dr. CHEN Zhong briefly introduced the background of the cooperation between UoT and ZJU as well as expressing the wish for future cooperation. After that, Dr. FAN Xiaohui introduced the basic information of CPS-ZJU and the recent achievement in teaching and researches. Dr. LIU Mingyao introduced current situation of  IMS-UoT and the potential cooperative programs. Both sides discussed research study, joint education programs and potential cooperation in researches. Both sides reached a preliminary agreement on the future cooperation.

University of Toronto was built in 1827. It is a world-renowned university in research with a rank of  29 in QS 2018 Ranking for World Universities and the subject of pharmacy was ranked 15^th.  This visit enhances the mutual understanding between CPS-ZJU and IMS-UoT and lays a good foundation of future cooperation.
