Recently, the college has achieved numerous research fruit. It has undertaken 320 national level projects, including National Science and Technology 973 and 863 Projects, grants of National Science and Technology Support Program, National Natural Science Foundation key projects, National Science & Technology Pillar Projects, international cooperation projects, 39 provincial key projects and 112 projects for drug innovation. CPS is well recognized for its abundant scientific research accomplishments, with 1787 papers published in peer-reviewed journals, including Nature、Neuron、Sci Transl Med, Nat Commun, Cancer Res, Autophagy, Adv Mater, Cell Res, JACS, JMC, J Control Rel. It has been granted with 443 pieces of national patent invention authorizations,2 pieces of first-prize and 2 pieces of second-prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Awards, 21 pieces of Provincial and Ministerial Science and Technology Progress Awards including first prizes and second prizes.
